Crops with a view: container gardens from across the world

You don’t need much space to grow food in a city. And to highlight this, Vertical Veg is collecting images of ‘crops with a view’ from cities around the world. These will be made into a collage – with the aim of showing what is possible and inspiring others.

So whatever city you live in, please do send pictures of your food growing in containers. Simpy email your images to mark@verticalveg.org.uk saying which city you are growing in and what crops are pictured (just so I don’t make an embarrassing mistake!). All your images will be published on the Vertical Veg Facebook page (unless you say you’d prefer not) and a selection from across the world will later be used to make a montage.

Here’s are some of the images sent in so far – thanks so much to Elisabeth Spohr Canani, Nat Jones, Hannah Cleaver, Barbara Pelicano Soeiro, Helal Ahmed, and Liz Sewell for sharing your beautiful images on this page – and to everyone else whose sent images in.  I’ll be posting these on Facebook in coming days.
